Dear reader,
My POG1 was about me talking about wether I agree with Thomas Hobbes or John Locke. I personally agree with both. Thomas Hobbes said that Humans could tend to be nasty and brutish and I agree. John Locke said that humans were born good and need no rules. Thae only problem I have with that is that if humans didn't have boundaries we would go out of control.
Thomas Hobbes believed in boundaries and so do I. He believed humans needed a bunch of rules. Thats not necessarily so. If you over feed a dog to much it will stop eating at a certian point, but if you feed it just enough to make it satisified it won't over eat. What I saying is you can't crowd humans with to many rules or they will disobey all of the rules.
Now John Locke believed we didn't need rules that we were were born naturally good. I believe that at times we can be good and nice when we want to be though. We are not naturally born good.
